Cancelling Your Subscription

We're sorry to hear you're thinking of cancelling.

Alternatively, the fastest and easiest way to complete your cancellation is to log into your online portal. You can disable auto-renewal at any time using our simple one-click cancellation process — no need to contact support.

This will stop your subscription from renewing at the end of your current billing period. Your services will remain fully active until that time, and no further charges will be made.

Please note: For purchases made directly through our website, you'll be asked to verify your identity using two-factor authentication — either by email or by entering the first six digits of the payment method saved to your account. This helps ensure your account remains secure.

To get started, choose the payment method you used at sign-up and follow the step-by-step instructions below.

On your iOS® device follow these steps:

  • Open the settings app
  • Tap the iCloud® Subscription at the top of the screen
  • Tap 'Subscriptions' (this may take a few seconds to load)
  • Tap the subscription you wish to manage
  • Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
  • Alternatively, to manage your subscription you can review your subscriptions associated with your Apple® Account by clicking here.
