Gift Cards FAQ

Simply purchase one of our gift cards from a valid retailer (Amazon, Costco, and LifeStyle), redeem it, and your subscription will be activated. For further information, please see below.

Haven’t redeemed your gift card yet?

You’ll need to redeem your gift card before your subscription becomes active. Please follow the instructions provided with your gift card, and via our Online Portal.

Why can I not redeem my gift card?

There can be few reasons as to why your gift card is not working:

  • Existing Subscription: Gift cards can only be redeemed by new users. If you already have an active subscription with us, you won’t be able to apply a gift card to your current account.

  • Product Key is Incorrect: If your code isn’t working, please double-check the code and try again. If the issue continues, contact the retailer where you purchased the gift card.

  • Redeemed Previously: Each gift card can only be used once. If it’s already been redeemed, it can’t be applied again.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Subscriptions purchased with a gift card do not automatically renew. If you wish to continue your subscription with us, click on Set Up Now via your Online Portal to activate automatic renewal.
