Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your Total WebShield password, follow these instructions to reset it:

Go to Forgotten Password Page

Go to Total WebShield's Forgotten Password page

Enter Email Address

Enter the Email Address associated with your Total WebShield Account

Click Request Link

Find Password Reset Email

You will have received a password reset email from Total WebShield

Go to your Email Inbox

Click the link in the email

Enter New Password

Enter your New Password

Confirm your New Password

Click Reset

You have now successfully changed your Total WebShield Password!
