Managing Multiple Services
Total Security is the umbrella behind a portfolio of trusted cybersecurity and privacy services, designed to protect your devices, data, and online activity. This includes well-known products such as Total Adblock, TotalVPN, TotalDrive, TotalAV, and other related brands.
To make your subscription management more convenient, we provide a unified online portal that displays all subscriptions associated with the same email address. If you've purchased multiple products within the Total Security family using the same email, they may appear together, allowing for centralized access and simplified control.
Add-on services (such as Unlimited Devices, Identity Protection, or other licensed features) will also be visible in the same place, making it easy to keep track of everything in one location.
From the My Subscriptions section of your account portal, you can:
View and manage all active subscriptions
Cancel or update individual services
Modify your billing preferences
Update your payment method
Download invoices or receipts
Each subscription or add-on is treated as a separate billing agreement, so managing or canceling one service will not affect any others. If you no longer wish to continue with a particular service, you must manage that subscription individually.
